Chris Oyakhilome: Biography Of The President of Christ Embassy Church

 Chris Oyakhilome (Nigeria) is a television host, pastor and an author. He is the CEO and President of Believers' LoveWorld Incorporated, which is also called Christ Embassy International. Chris Oyakhilome Background Pastor Chris Oyakhilome was born on 7 of the 7 of December 1973, to Mr and Mrs Tim Oyakhilome, as the first child of the family. He went to primary and secondary school. After that, he went to Ambrose Alli University (AAU) in Ekpoma, Edo State of Nigeria in which he earned a BSc. In Architecture. AAU also presented him with an honorary Doctor of Science award. He also holds an honorary Doctor of Science degree from Benson Idahosa University. Reverend Chris was previously was married to Anita Obhodaghe. They have two children. Chris Oyakhilome Ministry While still in school at AAU, Pastor Chris Oyakhilome began to get involved in the ministry. The Believers’ LoveWorld Fellowship was known at the time as Youths For Christ (YFC). YFC was able to grow to become the biggest campus fellowship. In 1989, Pastor Chris established Believers LoveWorld Incorporated (BLW), alongside Christ Embassy. Lagos is the main location for the church. Pastor Chris Oyakhilome Believer's LoveWorld has millions of followers and associates across the world. In 2002, during the atmosphere for the miracles program, BLW rose to prominence as an Christian ministry on television in Africa. They stopped airing this programme in May 2004, after the former President of Nigeria- President Olusegun Obasanjo declared that miracles should be ceased by churches. Pastor Chris's Ministry is divided into four parts: healing ministry, publishing ministry, television ministry and teaching ministry. He created the healing school, the atmosphere for miracles, and the Pastor Chris global prayer network from these ministries. Chris Oyakhilome Foundation International Future Africa Leaders' Foundation (FALF) The Future Africa Leaders Foundation (FALF) is an initiative that aims to help develop and enhance the potential of leadership in Africans. The foundation recognizes, celebrates, and supports young African leaders who have made a positive contribution to their generation. They do this by providing education, youth empowerment and mentoring. The foundation acknowledges the work of these young leaders through an award ceremony known as The Future Africa Leaders' Award. This award ceremony was established five years ago and takes place on the first day of every year's new year in the LoveWorld Convocation Arena (LCA) Billings Way, Oregun, Ikeja. Winners receive an award from the President of BLW The Reverend Chris Oyakhilome. The InnerCity Mission For Children The InnerCity Mission to children is a faith based non-governmental Organisation. The NGO was started in 2005 to help vulnerable, weak, orphaned children in the world. These children and their communities are supported by the foundation's participative and sustainable interventions. Chris Oyakhilome Biography They include childcare programmes as well as child development programs and family strengthening programmes. Trauma Care International Foundation The TraumaCare International Foundation was founded in order to enhance health and life expectancy for the local community. They also provide better emergency response when there is an emergency or accident. The foundation has been established to support national policies concerning trauma treatment through advocacy, health education in the community, community-based programs, and advocacy. More than a thousand sessions of training for emergency safety and security have been offered by the foundation.
